HouseCat6D
一个面向真实室内场景的多模态类别级 6D 物体感知数据集。它把较大的类别内物体变化、宽视角覆盖、遮挡、透明/反光材质、偏振观测和密集抓取标注放在同一套数据中。

194 个物体

HouseCat6D 的价值不只是规模更大，而是把类别级泛化、真实遮挡和光度学困难材质放到了同一个可复现实验环境里。
类别级泛化
训练和测试不只围绕一个固定 CAD 实例，而是关注同一类别内未见物体的姿态、尺度与形状泛化。
材质挑战
glass、cutlery 等类别包含透明、反光或弱纹理表面，能暴露 RGB 观测在深度和对应关系上的不足。
宽视角与遮挡
手持多相机轨迹覆盖更大的观察范围，同时保留真实室内遮挡，而不是只在规则桌面上拍摄。
感知到抓取
除物体位姿外，部分场景提供平行夹爪 6D 抓取标注，便于把姿态估计和操作可行性连接起来。

三类观测如何配合
官网将 HouseCat6D 描述为 RGBD+P 数据集。实际文件中可以按场景对齐读取 RGB、depth、pol、normal、instance、nocs 和 occlusion。

数据划分与场景结构
训练/验证/测试以场景为单位划分。这样可以避免同一段相机轨迹的相邻帧同时出现在训练和测试中，也更接近真实部署中的跨场景泛化。

标注与评测时要注意什么
HouseCat6D 的标注逻辑与 BOP 的实例级评测不同，不能直接把 BOP 的 AR 数字和类别级 NOCS 指标混在一起。
NOCS 风格姿态
labels 文件包含 instance_ids、class_ids、bboxes、translations、rotations 和 gt_scales；其中姿态位于当前相机坐标系。
对称性与尺度
类别级方法常同时估计旋转、平移和尺寸；读取结果时要确认采用的对称处理、尺度定义和成功阈值。
抓取是独立子任务
抓取标注只覆盖部分场景，保存为 HDF5；不要把抓取帧的覆盖范围误认为完整物体位姿集的覆盖范围。
